Val-U-Dent Laboratories is pleased to announce Wol-Ceram, the all-ceramic restoration you can prep, fit and cement easier than a PFM. Wol-Ceram is a computer aided system that produces ceramic substructures needed to fabricate all ceramic crowns and bridges. The material used for the substructures is Vita® in-Ceram® with proven success for over 14 years.

The method with which the coping material is applied to the die is what's different and revolutionary about Wol-Ceram. Using a unique process called EPC (electrophoretic ceramic procedure); Vita In-Ceram material is applied in a dense and consistent thickness to the master die. This technology allows for a precise fit, excellent translucency and aesthetics.

We are proud to offer dentists the Val-U-Dent Zirconia Crown & Bridge system. A conventional technique, with unconventional results. The Val-U-Dent Zirconia system provides some of the most durable and esthetic all-ceramic restorations available today.

Val-U-Dent Zirconia system presents an innovative CAD/CAM technology for all-ceramic Crown & Bridge on a Zirconia base. The base is a high-tech ceramic material that is characterized by its outstanding stability and biocompatibility, as well as strength level significantly higher than other ceramic materials. The material displays excellent esthetics and precise fit characteristics.

The Procera-Alumina system is made from densely sintered aluminum oxide. It's produced in a well-documented industrial process ensuring high quality, excellent esthetics and high strength.

Val-U-Dent is now able to offer the new Procera Zirconia. The new Zirconia base material offers all the benefits of the Alumina base material; in addition it is designed to fabricate multiple unit bridge anywhere in the mouth.

The newest addition to the Procera family is the Procera Abutment, enabling you to create custom abutments to match your patients' needs once the implant is in place. Combined with the Procera All-Ceram creates the optimal dental crown for individual function and esthetics.

Val-U-Dent Laboratories offers a comprehensive, customizable dental implant department. Our team is very knowledgeable in implant parts, therefore, enabling clinicians to choose a variety of materials combination for every implant requirements. We have developed working relationship with all of the major implant manufacturers (e.g. Nobel Biocare™, 3I®, Zimmer, Innova Corp., ITI), and can provide a multitude of implant systems.

At Val-U-Dent Laboratories, dental implants can be as easy as crown and bridge with Procera® Abutment you're able to create custom abutments to match your patients' need once the implant is in place. The abutment is created through computer aided dental design (CADD) using Procera technique.

All Val-U-Dent dentures are fabricated utilizing the heat-cured, pressure injection Success® system for high impact, natural looking, comfortable and precision fit. The dentures are fabricated using a range of major brand economy teeth or any of the following premium teeth: Trubyte® IPN®, Portrait®, Bioblend® and Bioform® combined with most popular tooth shades (Vita® Classic and Bioform®.)

The Trubyte IPN teeth are fabricated in a hardened plastic material and follow four face shapes (Square, Square Tapering, Tapering and Ovoid) in mould selection to create a natural look to the patient's smile. The teeth exhibit these vital attributes: Enamel translucency, Contrasting neck color, Color blending and Vital, natural appearance.

Now your patient can smile with confidence with Valplast from Val-U-Dent Laboratories. Valplast may be used whenever you are considering a flexible partial denture and when your patient prefers not to have a fixed restoration or implant, but still wants an aesthetic restoration.

Valplast allows your patient's natural tissue tone to appear through the material, matching the basic shade categories (medium pink, light pink and meharry). The Valplast product is guaranteed for life against breakage when fabricated according to the manufacturer's specific procedures and instructions.

Valplast uses the Retento-Grip® tissue-bearing technique for retention. No tooth or tissue preparation is needed.
